First Mutual Bank - Bellevue Financial Center

In 2004, First Mutual Bank purchased the 400 Building in downtown Bellevue. For a number of years this building had housed a branch as well as the Bank’s operations and administrative functions. With ownership of the building, the entire building was reorganized and remodeled and the main floor entries and banking center were changed. The Driftmier Architects has been responsible for design of a new banking center facility which meets the Bank’s prototype within the high-rise building. The new design also creates appropriate internal entries for the banking center and a separate drive-through facility at the opposite end of the building. At 1,800 square feet, this is the smallest banking center in First Mutual’s system. It includes two stand-up and sit-down teller pods, two additional stand-up stations, consultation areas, customer resource and information center, online banking services and a conference room.
