    1st Security Bank - Redmond

The Driftmier Architects designed 1st Security Bank’s new Redmond branch to provide a high level retail experience and reflect the Bank’s new branch prototype design.

The project converted an old RadioShack into a professional and efficient 2,300 sf bank facility.  The conversion consisted of several substantial upgrades including a new entrance and entry canopy, new exterior walls and windows, and a complete interior remodel.  The new Redmond branch includes four stand–up and two sit-down teller stations.  In keeping with the retail appearance, the entry area includes custom designed marketing display cases that can be changed depending on the season and for the Bank’s various marketing campaigns.  In addition, flat screen display monitors with targeted marketing information are located throughout the branch.
