Project Scheduling
Often each phase of a project, from initial planning and purchase of a site to move-in, has its own series of scheduling issues and concerns. Gaining permits and approvals in itself can have a myriad of items that need to be scheduled. Working with Microsoft Project software and an established process within our office, we can help put all of these separate schedules into one large project schedule. This allows critical deadlines to be set and the critical path identified so that your project can be completed on time. With the entire project scheduled, the problems can be anticipated and addressed.
