Built in the 1960’s, First Mutual Bank Crossroads Banking Center no longer met the Bank’s operations or marketing needs. This project created a new 3,000 s.f. banking center that could be built on the site while maintaining operations in the existing facility. In the end, the original branch was demolished and the new parking lot installed. The project also updated the banking center to match the prototype design.
