Design work for the Sammamish Plateau branch began as a tenant improvement to the interior of a building whose building shell was being designed and constructed by a different firm. However, as the project advanced, The Driftmier Architects developed the 4,300 square foot tenant improvement as well as selection of exterior materials and upgrades to the overall building.
