    InterWest Bank - Alderwood

InterWest Bank’s Alderwood branch was designed by The Driftmier Architects to be a full service branch location as well as a regional administration center for bank operations.  The two story building is approximately 7,200 square feet.  The building centers on a grand central lobby and customer service area. The center of the lobby's main floor includes a customer information and product education area with coffee service. Meeting areas, staff training and executive offices are located on the second floor.  The project was built on over 20 feet of fill soil in the middle of winter and involved coordination with a neighboring fast food restaurant that was also being built simultaneously.   The InterWest branch was later converted into a Wells Fargo bank.
