Cellular Sales – a Verizon Authorized Retailer, opened a new location on the corner of NE 12th St and 156th Ave NE in the Overlake area of Bellevue. The 2,400 SF tenant improvement includes an open sales floor, an ADA compliant restroom, stockroom, and an employee breakroom.
Project Architect Michael Winnick, with support from Sabrina Addison, utilized Cellular Sales retail design standards and interior plans to complete construction drawings and gain permit approval from the City of Bellevue. Associated Construction Inc. started the project in September of 2017 and completed the work at the end of October.
