All City Credit Union in Everett had been housed in a 100-year old, 2,200 sf brick house for several years. The project consisted of renovating the historical building and adding 4,500 additional square feet to include a new transaction and loan floor, board room, three lane drive-in and other additional facilities. The new portion of the building included both sympathetic and contrasting elements to the original building.
