Alderview Professional Center was developed for a limited partnership between six dentists. The partnership consisted of three general practices, two orthodontists, and one endodontist. Built into a hillside, Phase I was designed as a one-story building on the lower portion of the site allowing the two-story Phase II building to have a view of the mountains over the top of Phase I. By request, the buildings were designed with a wood exterior and exposed wood on the interior.
