Designed to accommodate up to fourteen dental, medical and optometry clinics, the Bear Creek Professional Building is being developed on the site of an existing smaller medical/dental building. With retail space on the main floor for a dental lab, lens and frame shop and pharmacy, the building also has space on the second floor for a coffee cart and barista with indoor and outdoor seating. The 32,000 square foot building in downtown Redmond also provides a large central skylit atrium and parking for over 100 vehicles.
