Pacific Crest Family Medicine (formerly Medical Associates of Yakima) worked with The Driftmier Architects on a new clinic located on Tieton Drive in Yakima. The clinic is designed for a staff of 20 to 23 and includes a layout that grew out of a team approach to providing medical services. The design includes 20 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a laboratory area, nurse and medical assistant workstations, offices for the providers, front office area, waiting room, triage interview room, break room, locker area, a conference room and storage areas.
The Driftmier Architects also worked with Abrams Construction on the design of the 12,000 sf shell of the building and a neighboring 9,000 sf building that will also house healthcare related tenants.
