The Seattle Dental Clinic consisted of a storefront that was 20 feet wide and opened to a 40-foot wide two-story building halfway back. The space was developed into a shared office space for a dentist and orthodontist.
The high front half of the building became a common waiting area, a shared reception/business office and a small consultation area. The two-story back half of the building became two individual practices. The sense of openness and natural lighting were primary requirements in the architectural program.
