As a firm that specializes in the design of owner occupied facilities, nearly all of our more than 500 completed projects are occupied by the people who hired us. These projects are nearly evenly divided between remodel / expansions and new construction. Each has its own challenges and opportunities. Tenant improvements need to consider the existing conditions and the host environment, the remodels need to be cognizant of the existing conditions as new construction encounters soils and zoning concerns.
