The LNH project was designed to be a four story mixed use building with an additional two levels of parking in Redmond, Washington. The high-end condominiums included one, two, and three bedroom homes with a total of 15 units. A community room and theater room were also designed into the project. Each unit has a private deck and there was also a 1,500 sf rooftop deck. On the ground floor, the project included 3,000 sf of office space. BNR, a small investment/construction firm, was the contract developer for the project.
