The Gathering Place is an eight story landmark development designed to anchor the redevelopment of Redmond's "Town Square" and historic "Old Town" neighborhoods. It provides an outdoor public plaza that covers about an acre, 80,000 sf of office space, 54,000 sf of retail space and restaurants, over one hundred residential units and approximately 700 enclosed parking stalls.
