The Driftmier Architects designed this modern 14,000 SF office center while remaining sensitive to the historical aspect of the building.  The Peter Kirk Office Center was originally constructed in 1877 and then added an auto repair building in the 1930’s.  The Driftmier Architects’ design created a commercially viable reuse of the previously existing historical structures.
