The Driftmier Architects conducted a needs analysis, site evaluation and space planning to help the Lake Stevens Sewer District move from a leased facility into a relatively new office building that had recently been purchased by the District. Along with space planning, The Driftmier Architects designed upgrades to the building to meet the requirements of the District, comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and for compliance with other governing codes.
