The Driftmier Architects has worked with Phil Smart Mercedes-Benz on several projects throughout the years.  One of the first projects was an update to the dealership's Seattle Pike Street Sales and Service location.  Work consisted of updates to the new and pre-owned show rooms and the office and storage areas.  Additionally, a mezzanine and 12-14 new office spaces were created.  The exterior of the building was stripped of the previous remodels in order to expose the original 1800's era appearance.
