Nelson Legacy Group worked with The Driftmier Architects' on the redevelopment of Redmond Center, a local shopping center.  The new center includes two grocery stores (QFC and Trader Joe's), several restaurants, a large office supply store, a bank, three large retail store and several small retail tenants.  The project involved demolition of three buildings  and expanding the shopping center.  Trader Joe's and approximately 15,800 square feet of tenant spaces was added.  On the south half of the property, tenants were relocated and the buildings demolished to make space for a new 13,325 square foot commercial building.
