A remodel of Timberland Bank’s Edgewood branch is beginning! The contract was awarded to Craftsman Structures and construction has begun.
The 2,400 SF building will be completely remodeled, with everything being stripped to structure throughout the construction. In addition to new siding and roofing, the entry overhang will be demolished and a new inviting entry will be built. The interior will be gutted and updated with teller pods being installed to create an open and customer service based atmosphere.
The branch will remain open during construction, but will operate out of a temporary facility located in the parking lot.
