A remodel of Washington Schools Risk Management Pool offices has begun! The contract was awarded to Northern Pacific Construction last month and construction is underway.
The Pool currently occupies 5,900 SF on the second floor of an office building in Tukwila. They are expanding into additional tenant spaces on the second floor, totaling 3,500 SF. The new areas will be completely remodeled and areas of the existing offices will be altered to better suit the needs of the Washington Schools Risk Management Pool. The expansion will create a new 1,960 SF training center which the Pool will make available to member schools. New offices and work areas will accommodate the growing organization.
The Pool will be remaining open during construction, and the work has been phased to minimize disruption to staff and customers. The project is scheduled for completion in December.
