Driftmier Architects undertook the revitalization of WaFd Bank’s Bel-Red Road branch, originally built in 1976. Warm wood elements, glass offices, and bright finishes have transformed the interior into an inviting space for both customers and employees. The exterior has been updated with fresh paint and landscaping. Notable features include a welcoming seating area with a coffee bar and a spacious conference room for regional meetings. Additionally, the breakroom and restrooms have been relocated from the basement to the main level.
